Pasadena, CA – April 13 2026 – Gatlin Robotics, a Pasadena-based robotics firm specializing in cost effective robot solutions for facilities cleaning, has released its first commercial demonstration. Founded in October 2025, the company is utilizing a Robot as a Service (RaaS) model to provide commercial offices and facilities with scalable, automated cleaning assistance without high upfront capital investments.
Our mission focuses on deploying practical mobile manipulators and humanoid robots to address chronic labor shortages in the janitorial sector. By prioritizing Physical AI for essential, unglamorous tasks, we aim to provide reliable facility support that integrates seamlessly into existing workflows.
The newly released footage offers a transparent look at the current functional capabilities of the Gatlin fleet within a real-world office environment.

Commercial Highlights:
Mobile Manipulation: The commercial features the Gatlin Lite, a mobile manipulator performing light trash pickup—including picking up aluminum cans and paper cups—and clearing debris from table surfaces [00:34].
Environment Interaction: We have successfully implemented chair-pushing capabilities [01:13], allowing our robots to reset office and conference room layouts effectively.
Humanoid Teleoperation: The video introduces the G1 humanoid robot, currently undergoing testing for more complex manual tasks, such as surface wiping with a sponge [01:30].
“Basically, Gatlin Robots do everything a vacuum robot does not do,” said Zach Vinegar, CTO of Gatlin Robotics.
