Welcome to the very first edition of the Gatlin Grid. We created this space to give our investors, partners, and future customers a front-row seat to how we’re deploying the future of facility autonomous cleaning. No fluff—just real updates, technical deep-dives, and a look at the robots that are doing the work so you don’t have to.

Let’s get into what we’ve been building.

🤖🤖🤖 Introducing Our Robot Fleet Team

We’ve spent months engineering the hardware and perfecting the navigation algorithms. Now, it’s time to show the world what that actually looks like in action.

We are incredibly proud to debut our first official commercial for Gatlin Robotics. This isn't just a demo; it’s the blueprint for how we’re redefining facility maintenance.

A massive shoutout to Leo Abraham, who produced and edited this piece. Leo managed to capture the precision of our bots and the "why" behind our mission perfectly.

🦾 From San Jose to Mountain View: Real-Time Teleoperation

Last month, the team headed to our first NVIDIA GTC. It’s the epicenter of AI and robotics, and being there among the world’s most advanced hardware confirmed one thing: the future of Physical AI is happening now.

But we didn't just walk the floor—we brought our office with us.

We successfully demonstrated remote teleoperation, controlling one of our bots at our Mountain View HQ directly from the GTC floor in San Jose. Check out the video below!

Why this matters: Every hour our bots spend navigating a facility isn't just a cleaning service—it's a training session. By using the high-fidelity data, we are building a Data Flywheel: the more we map, the better our autonomy becomes. This creates a compounding intelligence that makes Gatlin Robotics more efficient with every square foot we cover.

🤝 Strengthening the Grid: New Team Members

As we move from the lab to the floor, we’re excited to welcome two team members to the Gatlin team.

Robert Han – Advisor & Fractional CFO Robert is a senior executive with 30+ years of finance and operations leadership, including CFO/COO roles at multiple SaaS and manufacturing firms. Having worked with industry leaders like Google, Microsoft, and Boeing, he manages Gatlin’s financial accountability, compliance, and the fiscal infrastructure necessary for scaling our hardware operations.

Erika Hang – Head of Communications With 10+ years in design and communication roles, Erika sits at the intersection of operations and storytelling. She leads Gatlin’s brand narrative, video curation, and event strategy. By leveraging her experience, she ensures our public voice is as sophisticated and precise as the engineering it represents.

📍 Upcoming Events: Let’s Connect

We have a packed Q2 schedule, and we’re looking to meet the investors and facility leaders who are ready to see Physical AI in action. If you’ll be at any of these, reply to this email—we’d love to grab a coffee.

  • Silicon Valley IEEE Hard Tech Venture Summit | Menlo Park, CA | April 16 – 17

  • Boulder Startup Week | Boulder, CO | May 4 – 8

  • Automate 2026 | Chicago, IL | June 22 – 26

🚀 How You Can Help

The Grid is only as strong as its network. As we push through our pre-seed round and expand our pilot programs, here are the three biggest ways you can support us this month:

  1. Pilot Intros: We are looking for more facilities sites to test on. If you know a facility manager of an office space, university, warehouse, or hospital who is looking to automate their cleaning, please hit reply.

  2. Investor Connections: We are actively opening conversations for our pre-seed round. If you know a venture partner focused on Physical AI or autonomous infrastructure, a warm intro would be invaluable.

  3. Spread the Word: Know someone who should be following our progress? Forward this email to them or send them to our blog to subscribe.

Thanks for being part of the journey. We’ll see you on the floor.
